What has Quadient enabled your business to do that it could not before?
Michael S. Bloom, P.A.: Quadient has enabled me to handle my daily postage needs much more easily from the office rather than taking time out of the day to either go to the post office or send somebody to the post office. And that saves me time and money.
What results have you achieved using Quadient?
Michael S. Bloom, P.A.: I find that there's a level of efficiency when you're able to maintain any available postage at any time by having the meter and having the scale, and not having to worry about having different levels of postage and different sized packaging available. Being able to use what you need when you need it by having the meter and scale simply makes your business more efficient.

Michael S. Bloom, P.A.: Quadient has been very responsive when a few occasions have arisen where there've been questions as far as the operation of the meter or supplies. They've been responsive, they've been supportive, and it made the process very easy. The equipment itself though is simple to operate, simple to maintain and could not, not ask for a better product.
