What has Quadient enabled your business to do that it could not before?
Brady Mayes: We are now able to send out mailers and blanket whole areas in order to get our word of our business out. That folder inserter, let me tell you, it is the best. That's how it is helping us.
What results have you achieved using Quadient?
Brady Mayes: We've saved a lot of time in that I personally don't have to sit and fold and stuff envelopes, put address stickers on it. I don't have to. I put the envelopes in there, turn the machine on, hit the button and it does it for me. And so that equates to money and everybody knows that time is money. And so our costs are down.
Brady Mayes: Time saving, I just, I get a lot done just in a few hours.
Brady Mayes: The other benefits, hey, we're getting our company name out there and it's because we're able to use this, machine.

Brady Mayes: At first, till I learned it and I got help and the gentleman came down and helped explain a few things to me and get it unjammed because I didn't know what I was doing and I jammed it. Now, it's a great machine. I love this thing.
Brady Mayes: You can buy something, but if you don't have support, it's worthless.
Brady Mayes: The service techs that come down or has come down, he is most excellent. He gives great support. He shows me everything about that machine that I can do.
Brady Mayes: Your customer service and supplies are the best. You guys are so helpful.
Brady Mayes: In fact, all of you people are very nice, friendly, supportive.
Brady Mayes: I love that machine and consequently, I love your company.
