Madison G.: Hi, I'm Madison and I am a mobile drip team nurse with PureDropIV.

NAD+ Skin Health

What You Need to Know...

Madison G.: I am gonna talk about NAD+ and specifically its relationship to skin health. Um But first of all NAD+ is a co-enzyme that is found in every living cell. and one of its main properties is repairing damaged DNA.

NAD+ is so important because...

Madison G.: So we're all born with NAD+ in our cells. And around age 20 the level of NAD+ in our cells cuts in half at age 40 it cuts in half again. And that's a really significant contributor to the aging process. NAD+, specifically, in skin cells is found in keratinocytes which are the main cell in our epidermis.

Regenerate NAD+ cells with PureDropIV

Madison G.: As those NAD+ levels decline, we thankfully have a way that we can replace them. So PureDropIV offers NAD+ IV treatments as well as NAD+ shots. Um And the difference between the two is an IV is going to be a big dose of NAD+ straight into your bloodstream. You're not gonna have to do much to absorb it. It's going to be taken right up into the cell and your body's gonna use it as needed. Um Our shots are a little bit different, they are a bit of a lower dose. Um And you're not gonna experience quite as much of the side-effects straight off the bat. They're gonna go right in the back of your arm back here and slowly absorb and that's gonna be a really great way to keep your NAD+ levels up in between IV appointments or it's a great introduction to NAD+ if you've never done it before and you're a little bit unsure. Um All of our nurses at every appointment have all of the equipment to give an NAD+ shot and NAD+ IVs can be booked through our schedule as well.
