Speaker: Jacque Flynn, Director of Development & Alumni Relations, Notre Dame High School
Jacque Flynn: The part of the project that really exceeded our expectations is how Punch Garage approaches problem solving, I would say, um, we typically come to them with a challenge, and they always come back with a clear, honest and upfront solution.
What challenge or problem were you facing before working with Punch Garage?
Jacque Flynn: Hi, I'm Jackie Flynn from Notre Dame High School, and I would say before hiring Punch Garage, one of our biggest challenges was that our website was being managed purely from an IT standpoint. Our IT person is great at keeping everything functional, but they didn't have the marketing background we really needed to grow online. We were missing that strategic guidance, someone who could look at our site, not just as a technical tool, but as a marketing asset. Um, so now we have a marketing professional working with us being Punch Garage, and we're finally able to bridge that gap. So Punch Garage brings both the technical expertise and the marketing perspective we were lacking, and it's a makes a huge difference in how our website supports our school.
What made you choose Punch Garage over other options?
Jacque Flynn: We chose Punch Garage over other providers because they took the time to really understand our business and what we were trying to achieve. It didn't feel like a one size fits all solution. They offered thoughtful recommendations that actually fit our goals. Their team is approachable, they're knowledgeable, and genuinely collaborative, um, which made us feel confident that they would be a long term partner.
What was your experience like during the project or while working with the team?
Jacque Flynn: Uh, our experience with Punch Garage has been really smooth and collaborative. Our partnership is actually kind of twofold. On one hand, we have ongoing monthly support for like smaller updates and tweaks, and then on the other, we tackle larger projects together, like full page buildouts or hosting our site. Um, so, I think no matter what size the task, their team is responsive, organized and easy to work with. Um, it's been reassuring to know we can rely on them for both the day to day needs and then also like bigger initiatives to, you know, brainstorm with.
Can you describe the impact or results you’ve seen since launching the project/campaigns?
Jacque Flynn: I would say since partnering with Punch Garage, the biggest impact has been our ability to finally track real results and make informed decisions based on that data, whether it's front end or back end, um, we no longer are guessing, we can see what's working, what's not, and adjust it accordingly. Um, we also now have a full, we have full access to our website, which means we can keep everything current and make updates quickly.
What part of the project or service exceeded your expectations?
Jacque Flynn: The part of the project that really exceeded our expectations is how Punch Garage approaches problem solving, I would say, um, we typically come to them with a challenge, and they always come back with a clear, honest and upfront solution. Um, we really appreciate that they don't just offer one path, they usually give us like multiple options with pros and cons. Um, and help us decide what makes the most sense for our, what we're trying to achieve. Um, and I think that level of transparency and thoughtfulness has gone above and beyond what we expected.
Would you recommend Punch Garage, and if so — why?
Jacque Flynn: Yes, I would absolutely recommend Punch Garage and Casey Damrose. Um, they've been truly reliable, transparent, and, uh, invested in helping us succeed. They don't just execute tasks, they actually partner with us, um, whether it's the day to day projects or the larger strategic ones, they're consistently proven to be trustworthy and a valuable extension to our team.
