Katelyn Snyder: Hi, I'm Katelyn Snyder and I have been working at PublicSchoolWORKS since April of 2017. And a fun fact about myself is that even though I live in Ohio, I love North Carolina so much so that I'm actually getting married there next year.
One of my favorite parts about working with districts is becoming a reliable resource that the district can count on to help come up with creative solutions to the problems that they're facing.

Katelyn Snyder: One of the most common challenges I see my districts facing is finding the right balance between ensuring compliance and not overwhelming staff. We want to make sure you're meeting all necessary state and federal requirements,
But we want to make sure we're doing it in a way where your staff is not feeling the burden on an already full workload.
Katelyn Snyder: workload. So coming up with creative solutions to introduce training to staff in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming is a challenge that I've helped numerous districts overcome.
