What is the biggest change or improvement you've seen since implementing PublicSchoolWORKS?
Kara Brown: Many of the trainings are annual trainings, and so our staff know them pretty well. They've done them enough that it, it's really become second nature to them. But one of the biggest improvements we've seen is really in the administrative side of tracking, being able to show that somebody has done the training, and then with the tests and quizzes that follow many of the modules, we can also show that they passed with some proficiency. So that has allowed us to, to be sure that they're learning information and gives us a way to defend their knowledge if something were to go wrong.
