What were some of your biggest challenges before implementing PublicSchoolWORKS?
Rusty Clark: Yeah, the implementation of PublicSchoolWORKS in Pleasant Ridge Union school district was seamless. PublicSchoolWORKS, employees were very helpful. They would walk us through if we had any concerns or questions. And it was as if they were here in person. We were very satisfied with how they supported us with the onboarding of PublicSchoolWORKS within our district.
What is the biggest change or improvement you've seen since implementing PublicSchoolWORKS?
Rusty Clark: I guess the greatest change or improvement to [having] PublicSchoolWORKS is the access and the sign in ease of being able to get into PublicSchoolWORKS and to assign courses to employees. PublicSchoolWORKS is also very helpful with supporting us with the concierge of, of assigning those for like new employees onboarding. That service has been very helpful for a small school district as of ours.
What is your favorite feature of PublicSchoolWORKS' offerings?
Rusty Clark: The greatest feature that I like of PublicSchoolWORKS is the personable service that you get from employees of PublicSchoolWORKS. They remind you through emails as well as they will call you at times to see if there's anything that needs improving or services that they can provide for school districts. They have been timely and their services have been impeccable.
How is PublicSchoolWORKS different from other similar products or services?
Rusty Clark: As PublicSchoolWORKS is the only platform as a superintendent that I'm familiar with. My prior employment was in larger school districts and we used other products. The greatest asset that PublicSchoolWORKS provides for school districts, even small school districts such as ours is personable service that you get with them. You're able to reach them at any time, as well as I stated before, they do reach out to you to see if they can support the school district in any way. So as I have not experienced, as a superintendent, with other products, I would recommend this product for any school district in any size.
