Tell me a little about yourself.
Luuk van Schaijk: Hi, my name is Luuk, I'm from the Netherlands and since two years I have a business in books with a business partner of mine. I'm an entrepreneur.
Why did you want to invest?
Luuk van Schaijk: I decided to invest in Prop because its a sustainable way of investing, real estate is very stable and safe. The idea of fractionalized real estate investing really appealed to me, because buying a whole property will take a lot of time, money and energy. This is a very accessible way to enter with a lower amount of money.
Why did you choose Prop.com?
Luuk van Schaijk: I found Prop because of Stasher, he is also from The Netherlands he has its own crypto community. I researched more information about the CEO of Prop, Robin Ubaghs. I listened to some podcasts and this was very trustworthy to me, I looked into how Prop was established. From the beginning, it was very legit and the team was professional. The team was handling support quite fast and friendly. This was for me also the reason why I kept believing in Prop.com, its very legit and trustworthy to me.
What was your profit, and how satisfied are you?
Luuk van Schaijk: I invested in the first property in Dubai and I made a few hundred euros profit in a couple of months, which is, of course, very good because you can't expect unrealistic profits with real estate investing but its a very decent result and I have confidence that more properties will follow. It won't be a 6x return, but that's not typical in real estate; it's safer way of investing and I'm very positive.
Would you recommend Prop.com to other investors?
Luuk van Schaijk: I would definitely recommend Prop for other investors. Consider your investor profile, consider riskier investments for higher returns, but overall its a very safe investment to let your money work for you instead of holding it on your bank so I would definitely recommend it to other investors interested in real estate.
