How (and why) are you taking action on climate change solutions in, for, and with your community?
Ajide Odunayo: Hi, my name is Adi Oyo Doas from Nigeria. So I'm here to share with you and while I take climate action, so in my community, majority of people in my community, they are farmers, they rely on their farms for survival. So some years back they, they were recording low agricultural productivity and then this, this as a result of severe drought that is affecting their, their farms. So that's why I made my research, I searched on the reason why and the reason why they are having doing it as cultural productivity. And then I met with some environmentalists and then climate activist. So I read more about drought and then how they can actually combat the effects of climate change. So then that was, that was what prompts me to organize events where I was able to sensitize the farmers in my community where they can adapt to climate. Thank you.
