Irit Schwartz: Hi everyone. I'm Irit Schwartz the Director of Product Marketing at Fyber, a Digital Turbine company, Fyber in a nutshell helps app publishers grow their business and helps them with their monetization efforts. I'm really excited to see you all at the Product Marketing Summit in London.

What will you be discussing at the Product Marketing Summit?

Irit Schwartz: The topic of my session is PMM as a connector how to bring teams together and be the catalyst of action. I see PMMs as uniquely positioned to do that because they can contribute to different teams and also drive actions by collaborating with different teams.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Irit Schwartz: I hope the audience is going to relate to the content I'm going to share in my session. I'm going to share some of my experiences around working with business teams and product teams, how to best manage multiple stakeholders with sometimes conflicting agendas, how to bring teams together on the same page and some best practices that I have accumulated along the way.

Which other sessions are you looking forward to at the Product Marketing Summit?

Irit Schwartz: The agenda for the summit is really exciting. Um I'm looking forward to hearing April Dunford's presentation around positioning. I've just read her book. It's really interesting. I'm also excited about Susan Park or Spark's presentation. She's a colleague from Facebook, which I'm really excited to reconnect with, and she's a great product marketing leader, so really excited about the agenda.
