What will you be discussing at Product Marketing Summit Amsterdam?
Lara Pietzsch: In my interactive workshop about leadership and OKRs, we will discuss a few topics together. But what are we doing concretely? Let me show you. First of all, we try to have a common understanding of OKR sin product marketing teams. In the second part, we would like to discuss leadership, especially in product marketing teams. And at the last point, we would try to get those pieces together and have a common understanding of applying OKRs and leadership in product marketing teams. Do we see each other on a second day at Product Marketing Alliance?
If you could share one piece of advice to PMMs who are just getting into the industry, what would it be?
Lara Pietzsch: If I could share at least one advice to new product marketing managers, I would recommend to always start with why, do it like Simon Sinek did ask for why? Why are you launching your product? What is your target group? And which goal do you want to achieve with the launch? Always start with why and have a lot of fun being a product marketing rockstar.
