Anna Naumova: Hi my name is Anna Omarova and I am a senior product manager at Zella.
What will you be discussing at the upcoming Product-Led Summit in Austin?
Anna Naumova: I would like to invite you to join Our panel at 4pm is about defining and measuring success. And we are going to discuss the objectives and key results framework. We're going to talk about the OKR process in our companies, how to align OKRs with other teams across the company, how to start thinking about OKRs, how to communicate the OKRs process with team members. And definitely we're gonna talk about pitfalls and other consequences of using OKRs
Why do you think it’s important for product leaders to share their insights, challenges, and strategies?
Anna Naumova: Defining and measuring success is key for product managers without setting a clear goal and steps how to achieve it and how to measure it, you won't be able to launch a successful product.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to at the Summit?
Anna Naumova: I'm gonna spend all day in this conference because it's my first offline conference since Covid Hit. I'm really happy to be in this conference and network with people.
