If you could share one piece of advice to competitive intelligence specialists who are just getting into the industry, what would it be?
Alex Babar: Often you're going to get a lot of pressure about the other vendors that you compete with, but never forget that DIY Non-consumption inactivity are oftentimes the biggest competitors that you face in the marketplace.
