Zachary Fleming: Hi, I'm Zachary Fleming. I lead up the strategy, design and delivery product functions at TimelyMD Timely MD Is the leading virtual health and wellbeing solution where we bring innovative care models and technologies into the market so that students can ultimately thrive.
What will you be discussing at the upcoming CPO Summit
Zachary Fleming: I will be discussing structuring the product organization and scaling. We all know there isn't a single solution for all companies. But I look forward to be bringing some experience from Fortune 30 to startups on how we've done it and hopefully help share some of those lessons learned with those attending.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Zachary Fleming: After the discussion, I hope everybody leaves with a better understanding of how to design the product organization for the people, A lot of people focus on the processes, the technologies, the product itself, but ultimately people are what powers the product.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to attending at the summit?
Zachary Fleming: I'm also looking forward to sessions around data driven roadmaps and then also just diving in to see how other people are building strategy and executing cross markets.
