Please could you introduce yourself?
Sudip Giri: Hi, good morning, my name is Sudip and I lead the product for open lending team. I'm very excited about the CPO Summit.
What will you be discussing at the upcoming CPO Summit
Sudip Giri: I will be discussing about gathering the data and influencing the product roadmap. My major topics will be really around how do what are the KPI S and data, some of the metrics that we should keep in mind. And as well as, as far as the influence of the roadmap goes, who are the stakeholders? How to build consensus pretty early on? And how do you really prioritize in the midst of chaos?
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Sudip Giri: I am hoping the attendees will leave with some of the best practices and examples based on my experience creating the product, roadmap, and striving strategy of some of the key financial institution. Um I have learned some lessons, done some mistakes, and I'm really hoping that this will allow some of the attendees to, you know, not make the same mistakes that I have.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to attending at the summit?
Sudip Giri: I am really looking forward to other sessions as well. The main one that I will be following closely would be how to build an empowered product management team. This directly affects me because that open lending we are building and growing our product organization. So I'm looking at some suggestions, as well as some feedback around what sort of roles we should go after at the leadership level.
