Paulo Garcia: So over the past two years, our journey within this product industry has resembled a complete roller coaster ride. So in this session, I will try to delve into the highs and lows of, of how can we navigate product operations within chaos and adversity within product teams. And I will also uncover some of the intricacies of managing those teams within constant change. from multiple rounds of layoffs to surging product demands. A company acquisition that we faced here at Farfetch. Recently, ongoing reorgs, we will try to explore the challenges that we faced throughout these two last two years. We'll also like to try to examine the the balance that is required to maintain resilience within this higher turnover. And how can we also at the same time nurture culture of excellence?
