Megan Koharik: Hi, my name is Megan Koharik and I'm a Senior Director of Product Management at Priceline.
What will you be talking about at the upcoming Product-Led Summit?
Megan Koharik: At the Product Led Summit in New York. I'm going to be talking about what generative AI can't do how to build and grow your rockstar product team.
What is the biggest challenge facing Product teams today?
Megan Koharik: I think one of the biggest challenges facing Product Managers today is having the space to drive outcomes, not just outputs. And part of the way that we can solve. This is with strong product leadership, which I'll talk about in my session.
Why should product leaders join us in New York?
Megan Koharik: I think it's really important that product professionals take the time to invest in events like the conferences. I'll talk about this a lot in my session that management and leadership is actually separate from your day to day job of getting things out the door and we often don't invest enough in that leadership piece. Your team is looking to you for motivation, inspiration, and guidance. And a lot of that comes from sessions like this conference.
What’s your number one tip for people working in product?
Megan Koharik: My number one tip for people working in product is to fall in love with the problem. Not the solution. Keep asking questions, keep hammering away, keep looking at this from different perspectives. Keep bringing in diverse personalities to help you solve this customer problem in new and exciting ways.
