Video Transcript

Speaker: Andy Bird, Vice President of Product, Concentrix

Andy Bird: Hello my name is Andy Bird, I am the Vice president of Product Management and Development at Concentrix Corporation.

What will you be discussing at the upcoming CPO Summit

Andy Bird: you know, I think there's quite a few topics that I think will come up in the talk track. You know, one of the things that I've been most interested in is how Web three really impacts uh not only the development work but even the way that we see the market going forward and what are the trends and things that we see that our up and coming. In addition to that as we refine, you know, once product management moved into more of an agile environment years ago, how what is the next evolution and what does that look like in order to iterate um and produce outcomes and software in such a way that we have become more efficient? What does, what does append only look like in that type of situation? Those are some of the interesting topics. I think from a future standpoint, I think there are other topics from process and intake and flow that I would be interested in sharing with not only the group but having a conversation with the other team members.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Andy Bird: what I think I want to leave the attendees with or what I would hope that would leave the attendees with is. Ideation is new thought process and that thought process is going to be based upon hearing experiences, both good and bad uh and getting a better understanding but also what the future actually looks like. You know the way that product and they use that as a general term typically works. And since we've become more agile and iterative in on not only our processes but the um the the way that we actually do things is to sometimes just stop in that process to think about the next objective. And those objectives are not always feature functionality objectives sometimes is gather efficiency gain market share. I mean it goes on. So I would hope that they would come away with some New learnings and new understandings at the very least. So that they can I. d8. So they can go back and do additional research, validate what we shared and talked about and come just come away with more excitement and the new learning.

Which other sessions are you looking forward to attending at the summit?

Andy Bird: I can't pick a session. I want to attend all of them. I want to figure out a way to do it. Um Now there there there's some key, there's definitely some key sessions out there. Oh and this one, I don't know that I can pick and choose. Um but go through a prioritization process. That's that's my suggestion on this. If you're looking at, you know, the wonderful list of content here that that's going to be, you know, what other sessions you want to look at, I say put it through a product management value matrix.
