What do you think the top three priorities should be for product managers?
Andrea Wang: I think the top three priorities for product managers should be deeply understanding your customers and their problems. Clearly articulating a product vision and strategy that really inspires the organization and rallying the entire cross functional team to build the real-life user experiences to solve those problems.
What are you looking forward to most about attending the Product-Led Festival?
Andrea Wang: I'm excited about learning from other amazing product practitioners from industry.
