Eduardo Magalhães: Hello, everyone. My name is Eduardo Magalhães. I am the head of product operations at RD station. A Brazilian company.
What will you be discussing at the upcoming Product Operations Summit?
Eduardo Magalhães: I'm going to present you one of the most important product cases for 2022 in Brazil, the implementation of product ops department at RD station.
What do you think the top three priorities should be for Product Ops professionals right now?
Eduardo Magalhães: In my opinion, the three top priorities of product ops professionals are deep knowledge about the product and business, providing solid information to product teams to make good decisions in their routines, cross functional collaboration, to ensure that everyone involved in the product development process is aligned with the product, product goals and objectives. And the third one developed the most important skills of product managers helping them to achieve their goals.
What are you looking forward to most about the Product Ops summit?
Eduardo Magalhães: I'm looking forward to talking with product ops professionals around the world and know more about their challenges and how they improve the results of their companies.
