Could you describe a time that ProConnX helped you?
Nathan Daniels: Yeah, well, after finding myself in unfamiliar territory a couple of months back, I've been meeting and networking with many people who have been great. all of them have got their own success journey. but I often left those sessions with a lot more questions. Questions I didn't know the answer to. you know what was the best for my business? am I asking myself the right questions? Am I managing my own expectations? Like, where do I start then I met with Steve from ProConnX He showed a genuine interest in my career and my capabilities. and was really keen to understand the challenges that I am facing, you know, as a start up. My my main challenge is growing my client base. I've got tonnes of experience with establishing and evolving client relationships and a bit of a subject matter expert from a recruitment delivery perspective. But finding clients has been the biggest challenge so far. And and and I was really looking for some advice on on you know how to establish myself in that area. Steve asked me questions that I hadn't really thought to ask myself. which has given me a lot more direction as to how to approach these challenges. He's obviously extremely knowledgeable in the industry and beyond. And I came away from this meeting with a purpose with goals with aims and objectives. Some of these were really quick wins, low hanging fruit, which I've been able to deal with and, action already. but some of these will take time and again just needing that. It was that validation that, you know, some of the decisions that I'd already made, some of the things that had already happened. you know, I needed that validation, and and And Steve was was really helpful in that respect as well.
How would you describe ProConnX in three words?
Nathan Daniels: in three words, I would describe ProConnX as genuine, knowledgeable and interested.
Why is ProConnX different from other similar products or services?
Nathan Daniels: I think what makes ProConnX different is it's directed. It's honest. It's good guidance. Many of the companies that I've spoken to were full of praise, which is great, which is which is what you need when when you're in the situation that I was in, Um, and and quite often that ended up in a kind of sales pitch from them, you know, them telling me what they would do for me. Now, Steve at ProConnX was very quickly able to kind of focus on on key areas that people hadn't such as my kind of personal and professional identity. how to use my kind of unique skill set in in ways that I hadn't thought of. And he asked me what I wanted from him. Where would I like his support? So, you know, it kind of it felt selfless. It felt very genuine and honest. And he's followed up on some of these things already, which is great
