What problem was your company dealing with before the HubSpot Admin Program?

Cindy Howell: The biggest problem that we ran into when it came to our hubspot admin situation, was the amount of time that it took to not only figure out how to build workflows and how to configure the system, but once we figured out how to do that, the amount of time it took to configure the system and build the workflows. And the things that it became extremely time consuming to where we weren't able to get to ourselves because it was taking so much energy and bandwidth just to get the programs set up and work the way that we needed them to.

How did Processology's Admin Program help resolve this challenge?

Cindy Howell: Processology's Admin Program was the biggest help when it came to alleviating the amount of time and bandwidth, it was taking us to figure out how we were supposed to configure the system. And then once figuring that out again, having to build it ourselves, it was just so time-consuming more so in the learning of it. So for me, it was just so cut and dry to be able to send off a request to build a workflow and that workflow be done. And I can move on to actually using the system to increase ourselves.

What results are you seeing from the Admin Program?

Cindy Howell: OK, as we continue to use Processology's Admin Program to help assist us in building our hubspot platform in a way that will continue to allow us to understand when we have quality leads and contacts that are coming into the system. Whether those leads are, you know, worth, you know, working with or not, you know, the the viability of those leads and then also just keeping them organized, it's, it's just getting better and better as we go, especially with the strategy calls that they have where they really try to keep in touch with us and go over how we can use the systems more to our benefit and what we can do to kind of increase profitability with the contacts that we already do have in there. and how to generate more contacts and warm those contacts out.

We believe the Program offers the expertise & value of a seasoned team member for less than the cost of a part-time employee. Do you agree?

Cindy Howell: I without a doubt can say that we would have to have had somebody hired on full time to learn, not learn but to do everything that we would wanted to have done. I know for me, it would have been a full time position to try to figure out how to configure out HubSpot platform to do what we wanted to do and then implementing and setting it up. So for me, the amount of money we've saved on not having to pay somebody to do that has been a no brainer.

What would you say to someone considering the Processology's Admin Program?

Cindy Howell: I can't recommend Processology's Admin Program enough. It has not only saved us on the workload, and time and efficiency and how we do things, but it has also increased the viability of the contacts that we do have. allowing us to identify where our time and energy can be most spent in a better way. Instead of just shooting in the dark, we're now being able to see these leads, being worked for being able to see them in a way where they're coming to us in a warmer fashion than they were prior.
