Sarah: Hi, my name is Sarah. I want to talk to you a little bit about Prepare to Win and how that has helped me. I have a, had an older horse for a long time, nearly 30 years. I've ridden since a child, so that was, um, I'm in my mid to 50s now, so I'd had him in my early 20s. And then over time, transitioned to a youngster. And whilst I'm pretty, competent. I was finding, you know, given the unpredictable nature of a young horse, I actually just really wasn't enjoying the riding. I was doing everything. I was getting on most days. I was lunging. I was going out to little cross country clinics, but I wasn't really enjoying it. I felt that I needed to reprogram my brain, either do that or, or give up and take up knitting or something! And, found Prepare to Win. I thought some sports psychology would help because mainly this was in my brain, not in my body. I really enjoyed the course in the sense that you're given quite a structured program, and you are given a lot of tools to enable you to, improve yourself. You don't just sit there and listen. You actually work through the methodologies, apply them, and you practice them and you are made accountable, in the in the next week to see how or what improvement it has actually made. I have gone from thinking a little bit hard and a few like butterflies in my stomach, thinking about getting on, um, riding to actually just getting on with it, you know, 3 months later, 6 months later, it's just like I'm back to just riding, my old self. So it really was a good investment for me. If you have, any issue in terms of wanting to improve your performance, you know, being psyched out by competitors, being too nervous, overthinking things, and being a little bit fearful. I really do recommend this program for you. And the benefit that I hadn't appreciated is that it doesn't just apply to your riding, it can apply in any stressful situation that you may have, you know, personal or work. So, as I said, it's a good investment for yourself. I hope this little video has helped you make an informed choice and, good luck with your riding! Thank you.
