What made you select our firm over anyone else you could have chosen?
Tim & Laura O. - Clients since 2008: I got your name from my uncle Bill. And uh I did work with another firm, 1st 2 years I was with you. And you made me money and made a smart decision that the other guy did not, and then I transferred all of my money from the other person to you.
If you were to recommend our services to your best friend, what would you say?

You've always explained everything really well. You're very personable. It's more like, uh. Friends doing business then.
