What used to take us probably 2 to 3 weeks to get a subcontract out the door and signed, takes us to 2 days now. Premier really came out of nowhere for us. I had never heard of it, and I've been in the construction technology space for about 25 years. It was really based on the feedback from our staff of what software they would want to use. Premier's project dashboard is the best I've ever seen in the industry. It has every item I want to know about a project on one screen. The even better aspect is it's drillable. I can click on any number on that screen and I can get to the backup of that number. I can click on a contract value and drill all the way down to the budget, and this is something that has been a very big benefit for me, but probably also the worst aspect of Premier for me is I can see everything now, which makes me even more pessimistic. Before I couldn't see the problem it just was there, but I didn't know about it. Now that I know about it, the benefit is we can react to it, but the downside is you see all the problems because they're right there in your face. Forecasting to me is the number one responsibility of a project manager. In my role, I look at that screen on projects more than anything else. Premier, in my opinion, has the best forecasting module I've ever seen. There are so many. Columns available on that forecasting screen that you can see everything about the job. The dashboard's great because it gives me high level, but the forecasting screen lets me know how well my project managers understand their job. Tons of time saving with Premier. The workflows are awesome, and I think Premier is doing it right. They're focusing on what is the key aspects of running a project. The all-in-one is huge. I love Premier. I think they're a great company and it's not about the software. It's about the people that work there. You want to work with people that want to work with you and that's what you have at Premier.
