Before switching over to Premier, one of the biggest challenges that we saw was the reporting, but we really like the features that Premier has because they're very user friendly and we're able to integrate not only our project management side a lot more but also our subcontractors. All of the processes that we're implementing are working properly and that's where Premier has come in place to help guide us and to make sure that we're all on the same page as far as managing the projects. As far as forecasting Premier has helped that with that a lot because they're able to in real time pull a report, run reports, drill down into their cost and see what is happening because everything is entered in real time. It's like when a subcontractor enters their invoice in through the portal, it is there. It might be a pending approval, those are now where they can see pending as well as approved invoices so they're able to track those within their projects. So any construction company that's on the fence about trying Premier, I would tell them that it's a great software, it's very user friendly. It does save a lot of time and energy, it makes it easy for your subcontractors and your upper level management to be able to manage their projects efficiently. One of the key features that obviously I've mentioned that we love is the online billing portal for our subcontractors. We have found that it has saved us a lot of time and energy. Now being able to have the invoices come in directly from our subcontractors through the portal that Premier provides is very beneficial at that level the project manager can approve those invoices or reject those invoices. They're able to upload all of their compliances and all of the information that we need to be able to make sure that that invoice is payable at the time that is approved by our staff accountant within, you know, a month or two of them using it they loved it and they were able to just go in there, submit their invoices, get paid, and it was easy like oh that's all I have to do, yes, that's all you have to do. It's very, very user friendly.
