Prior to Premier, we had very limited visibility into what was happening on projects and so often it wasn't until the projects were complete that we had a holistic view of what was actually happening. So with Premier, we've now been able to proactively understand and project where things are going to be and we were able to make better decisions because of it. We're an integrated Design Build firm, so in-house we provide interior design, architecture, construction, procurement, and asset management services. Before Premier we were a small, much smaller company, and we're actually operating out of QuickBooks and no integration between project management tools and our accounting system. Part of the big factors to decide to go with Premier was our ability to scale and grow with the company. Premier was both an accessible program for us, but also one that as we knew as we were going to be larger, it would be able to grow with us, and that was a critical decision making process. As a Design Build firm, we're able to modify the scope of the project to make sure we're hitting the client's overall project budget. And by allowing the project managers to see sort of real time how the project's performing, they have better insights to be able to make changes quickly in the project to get the end goal. So the advantages of Premier by automating some of our processes has allowed our team to spend more time analyzing the information and optimizing our projects because we can be more impactful with our time. What I love about the project management dashboard is being able to sort of at a glimpse, sort of understand how a project is performing and I can also dial into the details of what is happening from that dashboard to kind of get information on a more granular level to understand what's happening. If you're on the fence about moving forward with Premier, I'd say take the plunge. It's been transformative for our business and so we're very excited that we're with Premier and we've been growing with Premier for the last 6 years.
