What challenges did you face before using Premier, and how has Premier helped you overcome them?
Jeff Pitz: So after Premier, we centralized our operations into one system and now we have better control, we have clarity and we have efficiency in everything we do.
Why did you choose Premier over your previous software and others on the market?
Jeff Pitz: We chose Premier over other options in the market for two reasons. First, the software is intuitive. So it's easy for everyone to understand how to manage contracts, how to manage reports. So that that was one of the reasons we chose Premier. And the second, I think the what sets Premier apart is the customer support. So we've been looking for a partnership where we could actually have support and guidance anytime we need it. So that was the reason and, and we actually really happy with that because anytime we had questions, anytime we need the support, the online team has been quick to respond. And so, so that makes all the difference for our company.
What Premier features do you rely on daily, and how do they improve your business?
Jeff Pitz: The Premier feature that we rely on daily is the job forecast report and the job cost progress report where we manage budget variants, where we manage cost to complete. These are the two main reports that we used to run all projects across the business, even commercial residential. They've been really helpful for us and the the possibility of actually getting a report in a few clicks that, that made our decision making process quicker and much better to be honest. So, yeah, we rely very much on these two reports to improve efficiency in our business.
What advice would you give to companies thinking about transitioning to Premier?
Jeff Pitz: Well, my advice to those considering Premier is that you're definitely gonna take your operations to the next level. Premier will centralize operations. It's gonna be really helpful with team collaboration, controlling budgets and projects across multiple sites. So Premier helped us to work better, to work smarter and I believe it will do the same for your business. So yeah, I definitely recommend Premier.
