What does Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mean to you?
What Diversity, Equity and Inclusion means, to me is that all people, regardless of ethnicity, sexuality and gender, deserve to be treated with equality. As human beings, we all should have the right to respect and have equal access to opportunities. No one should ever feel exclusion or discrimination due to how they identify. And this is what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion means to me.
