Would you describe a specific challenge you were facing that I helped you overcome and how it impacted and boosted your practice's success?
Dr. Alena Spielberg: I enlisted the help of Zein Prater's consulting company to take a fresh look at my orthodontic practice and help me add value in many different areas. Specifically, I wanted some new developments with regard to marketing and conversion rates, team training and structure.
