Would you describe a specific challenge you were facing that I helped you overcome and how it impacted and boosted your practice's success?
Ross Anning: We were missing out on lots of opportunity in our new patient process. Zein came in, he identified what we could do better, what we could refine and to fill in those gaps, he's really helped us hone in that process and increase our conversion rate.
How did you feel before and after implementing the strategies we discussed and how has this impacted your confidence or peace of mind now?
Ross Anning: It can be a very confronting and challenging thing to break down the processes that you have in your practice and identify what you could be doing better, what you're missing out on, et cetera. Zein was able to do that in a very constructive way. Ross Anning: I believe what sets Zein apart is his ability to provide a tailored program of change. You can't have a cookie cutter approach to implementation of new ideas across any kind of orthodontic practice because we all work in different ways. What he was able to do was identify our processes where our weaknesses were, where our strengths were, he was able to provide a framework to improve things right across the board, and I know that that can't be done in the same way in different practices. He's able to do this on a personalized level. His responsiveness to our queries and any challenges that we have come across during this process has been excellent.
