Speaker: Paige
What made you finally invest in your postpartum recovery and what did you try prior to starting with our packages?
Paige: I knew going into my 3rd pregnancy that I wanted my postpartum journey to be very different than my first two pregnancies, and so I started researching and connecting with this group um before I was even postpartum before I delivered, and I'm so glad I did because I was able to be proactive and learn about my body really early on in my postpartum journey, um, just to help my postpartum be a little bit smoother and have more energy and just start feeling better faster.
What were you struggling with specifically and how was it affecting your life? How did we help with significantly reducing those symptoms?
Paige: I was struggling with so many things like low energy, hair loss, um, uh, feeling like I just wanted carbs. I just wanted to eat everything that was not good for me. I didn't want to move my body. I just wanted to sit and relax constantly. Um, I wasn't sleeping well. Um, there was just so many symptoms that need to combat and I didn't really know which came from what. Um, deficiencies and stuff, and so I just needed more information. And so when I got my blood work and they were able to explain why some of my symptoms were from my deficiencies in vitamins or my thyroid or magnesium, low magnesium, I was like, oh this makes a lot of sense. And so I was able to slowly work on these things, um, with supplementation and diet changes and um making life adjustments that were sustainable.
What was your overall experience and would you recommend our services to any mom in need? Give them permission to reach out mama!!
Paige: I had a very positive experience with postpartum Care USA. Um, I loved all the people that I worked with. I thought they were all super knowledgeable, easy to talk to. I felt very heard by all of them. And then each of them had like their own little niches and things that they um gave me like little tidbits about that I took a lot away from. So I appreciated that, and I would definitely recommend their services to any mom in need. I think that they do a good job making it very personalized to what each mom needs, and then making um tweaks in their lives that are sustainable and you can just be really honest about what's working for you, what's not, and they make adjustments as needed, which is really helpful. Um, so yeah, I would really recommend them. They're great.
