What is your name and how many postpartum recoveries have you been through?
Christina Buchanan: My name is Christina and I have been through one postpartum recovery.
What made you finally invest in your postpartum recovery and what did you try prior to starting with our packages?
Christina Buchanan: I invested in postpartum care kind of right off the bat because I knew The importance of checking my, you know, hormones, vitamins, minerals, all that, and so I just wanted to get to the root cause right away.
What were you struggling with specifically and how was it affecting your life?
Christina Buchanan: I was struggling with some depression, anxiety, fatigue, and I just wanted to be better for my wife, I mean, better wife for my husband, better mother for my child.
