Speaker: Caileigh Parsley
What made you finally invest in your postpartum recovery and what did you try prior to starting with our packages?
Caileigh Parsley: I decided to finally invest in my postpartum recovery because I felt like enough was enough with what I was already doing. I didn't feel like I was getting even an ounce of validation of Any type of progress, um, just, you know, doing therapy regularly, trying to communicate with my spouse, um, trying to eat better, exercising, doing my coping skills, I felt like I was just at a loss and I was expending, I was really getting back, um, by trying to fulfill. Outgoing energy, um. And I just kept seeing stuff about postpartum care USA on my Instagram, um, how much I wished that I could. Figure out something that was going to work for me. So I decided to chat with one of the nurses on the postpartum Care USA Instagram and got a few of my questions answered, talked with my spouse, kind of weighed the options and honestly felt like not giving this an opportunity was almost more of an injustice to myself, um, as well as my kids and my husband.
What were you struggling with specifically and how was it affecting your life? How did we help with significantly reducing those symptoms?
Caileigh Parsley: I was specifically struggling really bad with postpartum rage. I already knew that I was predisposed to postpartum anxiety as well as postpartum depression, um, but the rage itself was something very foreign to me and I was afraid. Um, I was starting to have some really extreme thoughts, um, not crazy behaviors, but behaviors that I did not necessarily like, um, and with Reaching out to postpartum Care USA, I finally felt validated and I felt seen. Um, the people that I was reaching out to around me didn't really have the validation that I was seeking, um, to be able to acknowledge, hey, this is not normal, um, and I felt like I was really helped. Just be heard, um, and then make a plan from there. Let's try to figure out the root cause of why you are so angry. Um, and it was such a simple fix, such a simple fix. My B12 was out of range, and something that I thought was going to be helpful was actually hurtful to me.
What was your overall experience and would you recommend our services to any mom in need? Give them permission to reach out mama!!
Caileigh Parsley: My overall experience with Postpartum Care USA was a life-altering one. I feel like the women that I have come in contact with throughout Postpartum Care USA, um, have been friends, um, even upon like first meetings, um, you know, we didn't spend a lot of time together, but the time that we did spend together, it wasn't only really heavy and very vulnerable. It was, it was fun. Like we Got a chance to banter back and forth and connect on a friendship kind of level, but it was also still very professional, um, very respectful, very, again, very validating. Um, I have already talked to numerous moms in my personal life, um, who have been mothers for 567 years and still fit within that 10 year range, um, for postpartum and could definitely use. The service and find significant value in it, um, so I have definitely. Talked up, um, postpartum Care USA to people that I love, um, and I know would really benefit from it and um nothing but good stuff can come from it.
