Aundrea: Overall, this program has been a godsend, and everything that I needed uh in my lowest time. Um, they gave me hope, they gave me confidence, um, they made me feel like me again,
What made you finally invest in your postpartum recovery and what did you try prior to starting with our packages?
Aundrea: Hi, so What finally made me invest in this journey was I just thought that. This can't be it. This can't be how motherhood and postpartum is supposed to feel, even though everyone kept telling me it was normal, and these are all just everything that's supposed to happen after you have a baby. I just didn't want to believe it and I continued to see, um, the postpartum USA on Instagram and They just gave me a sense of hope. Um, I did reach out to doctors and they said, oh, hey, here is some medication, just take this. Uh, it, it'll help with your anxiety, uh, but it just made me feel worse. Um, it, it made me feel like I was just masking something, um. And it wasn't until I just was at my end of the rope and couldn't handle it anymore that I said I'm investing.
What were you struggling with specifically and how was it affecting your life? How did we help with significantly reducing those symptoms?
Aundrea: For me, what I struggled with the most was brain fog, uh, exhaustion. Um, Those two really were very bad for me, um. I struggled a lot with being very anxious. Um, I, I didn't really know what depression was until I was in the midst of everything. Um, it really started to affect my relationship with my husband. Um. God knows he was very patient with me, but uh sometimes it's very difficult when my mind was just racing and all over the place. I couldn't remember what I was doing, um, and then you have this tiny little baby here, you know, that you're just trying to take care of and You just need some sleep. You're so exhausted that you're falling asleep during feedings and uh you just felt like there was no out, nobody there to help and um After starting taking all of these vitamins and just talking with some of these providers, um, Things really started to turn around for me, um, in a very huge way. Um, my relationship is much, much better with my husband. Um, I'm able to Just make sure everything on the daily at home is taken care of and it's done, um, just simple things like the dishes and uh does the baby have everything she needs for the day for daycare and um. It it just really seemed like the simple things, the simple things, they really all add up and that's really what. Made a huge difference for me.
What was your overall experience and would you recommend our services to any mom in need? Give them permission to reach out mama!!
Aundrea: Overall, this program has been a godsend, and everything that I needed uh in my lowest time. Um, they gave me hope, they gave me confidence, um, they made me feel like me again, uh, made me. Start the journey to becoming the mother that I really wanted to be, um, and putting myself first and my health first, and everything really falls into place after that. Um. It it's OK to ask for help. It's OK to say I am struggling in these areas, and I think that's the biggest thing is people are afraid to say I am struggling, I need help. And once I did that, once I recognized that, hey, these are the things that are going on and I really do need help and that's when. Everything Became lighter because it's like a weight lifted off your shoulders just by saying I need help. So I hope that this helps somebody else and I hope that In the future, if I am able to have another child that if I need help, you guys are there and it's just very warm and helpful to know that I have help and I'm not alone in this journey. There's so many mamas out there just like me that probably need this and I hope that it helps. Thanks.
