Uh one thing that I've learned from this. Um Well, one, it helps me really dig into the data and prove why this is important. Um Oftentimes we release surveys just, just to know, you know. Oh OK. This is great that they, how they feel and then there's nothing to do, there's no action behind it. Um So whenever providing the the results um provide some recommendations, some positive like come up with some like possible solutions um being creative with your team. OK, this is what we hear now, what can we do in terms of a response that way you, you're making the data continue to be alive rather than it just living in this report? Very cute, very nice in the dashboard. OK. Moving on. And then their priorities become, you know, more important than the actual data. So it's that, that's one of my key things is making sure that the data stays alive that we're consistently always looking back. OK. What did they say in May? What did they say in April? Um Are we still in the same position that we were back then? Um So just continuously to keep that data alive? Watching your trends. Um, which is something that is just something one big focus so that we just don't, hey, they're happy moving on. I love that also. And that's, we, we know, I mean, shoot, that's how all these companies get us.
