Hi, good morning, everyone. My name is Isamar Lopez Veracruz. I am the director of family Engagement at yes, per public schools. Uh One of the projects that I uh heavily work on is analyzing parent survey data and bring it back to C Suite. That is a new approach that we've taken here at. Yes, prep. Uh We pulled uh my department, my department of one again, uh we're a small charter school uh in Houston, Texas and well, by pulling my department to external affairs, that means that we are positioning our families to directly whatever concerns are coming up are directly reported to C suite level members. Um And the reason why we made that approach is that we really focus on listening to our families, not only to listen to them so that they have voice and choice, but because we are partnering with our families and it is really difficult to partner with 40,000 families um in a very quick way. So what we did is um we've had poss up uh piloting for uh the last year, last year and the year I think before, um they were piloting at our campuses and we just loved the ability to um listen to families in different categories. Um and not just asking a set of questions um that we think are important but really taking it uh to the families and they can share with us what is important to them at the time. So, uh that's what I uh one of my main um tasks here, I guess prep is to position families um and get all the data, uh qualitative quantitative and uh bring it up to C suite so that they can digest the information. Um all of the complaints, all of the praise, all of that putting night packaging it nicely so that we can provide some recommendations immediate and long term.
