Components of a welcoming climate. I love Mariana, shared a framework, um improving student interactions. We've got some ideas here. Um Make sure every student has known and you have a system for every student being known. Uh make sure you have some programs that are happening across all of the academic. You know that your teachers are getting some form of training and that you have some programs for the conflict resolution and communication. I'm encouraging collaborative learning that when we say collaborative, that means bringing parents into the fold also uh informing teacher professionalism and communication. I know some schools have a standards in terms of what they share with teachers in terms of expectations uh for communication. And then making sure you've got uh ensuring all students feel included in a sense of belonging. When we talk about de I curriculum, people assume it's for students who are diverse. It's great and it's also great for all students. So to have that kind of lens is great for everyone. So be encouraged that no matter what your composition or your demographics are, if you look at some of that curriculum, it's gonna have some great ideas for you?
