We know there are a lot of disempowered and disenfranchised people in our communities, country and world. We see evidence of that in voting rates, mental health, anger, etc. And one of the ways that you can disempower people is by not giving them a voice; or not giving them a way to share their voice or by using natural differences as a way to create a barrier. And language is one such natural difference that can be used as a barrier to engagement. But what we see is it doesn't have to be that way. At Possip, our partners focus on how to lead the best organizations and schools possible. One way they do that is by maximizing who they are hearing from and how they use all voices without language as a barrier.
