We will miss you deeply!

Adam Thede: I think the thing I most want to articulate to you is that Possip has benefited profoundly from your presence on the team. And at the company. I've said it so many times to so many different people, but it has been such a gift working with you and such a pleasure to see how excellent of a communicator you are, how wonderful of a product-sensible person you are with regards to Possip and how much value you have brought into the reporting side of the company and your ability to communicate your needs and to express the things that would be of benefit to the people that you support at the company is inspiring. It's just been such a pleasure to work with you. You will be profoundly missed and I just wish you well in everything that happens next for you.

Adam Thede: I have to add one more thing and one more memory from our time together at Possip. I will never forget that when I was out on paternity leave, you offered a whip around question on February 23rd, the day after Gaia was born and the whip around question had to do with share a reason why you think Adam would be an amazing dad. And, I still think about that today, and I have the list of everyone's answers. And, that was just such a cool thing that you did and I'm grateful for it and it was a great memory I had remembering back when you were on the tech huddle and that question specifically. Very, very awesome. Thank you for that.

Lauren Mendoza: Hi, Amanda. It is Lauren. I just wanted to congratulate you on this next step in your life. Your beautiful baby is gonna be here soon. I'm praying over you and your family that you will have a successful delivery, a beautiful healthy baby, and a beautiful healthy mama as well. I know, I mean, I don't know personally, but I just, I know that giving birth is an insane experience and I just want you to know that my prayers will flow over you during that period of time, and even in your period of time where you are adjusting to baby life, or going back to baby life, So, just wanted you to know that I'm praying for you, you and your family, and also thank you for the warm welcome, two years ago when I started with Possip, you were just a champion then and you're still a champion now. And so I just wanted to again, send you a congratulations. Thank you for all you've done for me and all you're going to for your new family and your new baby. So congratulations again. Have a great day. Have a good time. Bye.

Christine Fisher: Amanda. I am so excited for you to embark on this next stage of your life. Having taken some extended time off with both my boys. I know how precious the first year is. Your contributions to Possip over the years are far too many to count and your ability to manage such a complex part of our organization with grace will be missed. Best of luck and stay in touch.

Lucas Phillips: Hey, Amanda. I just wanted to make this little short video message to wish you all the best with your next chapter after Possip, and in growing your family. It's a very big and exciting time for that and, and so just wanted to wish you all the best and just to say that you've been a big help to me, you know, all through these years with scheduling, and reporting, and teaching me all sorts of various things that go on in the platform. It's just been great to learn from you. So I just wanted to send a big shout out and thanks to all that you've been able to do for me. So, again, enjoy your next chapter. Don't be a stranger with us and yeah, we'll just talk to you soon. Bye.

Hey, Amanda, I don't- I don't know where to begin, if I had to list all the things that I'm thankful for. in terms of the year that I got to spend working with you, but I guess I'll just begin at the beginning. Which is to say that I remember still through day one or day two when you and I were first meeting and I was onboarding, just sort of walking away from that experience being really wowed, and impressed by your thoroughness and your thoughtfulness. And that perspective, you know, continued throughout the entire year that I had the opportunity to work with you. You've just, you know, been a linchpin in our team. You've done a phenomenal job leading that reporting team, leading our reporting effort, bringing positivity to that team, connecting that team to Possip's values, making that team feel connected to each other, helping to bring sort of your perspective and empathy for our customers to the reporting team, and honestly, to just Possip overall, it has been a real pleasure. I've, you know, really relied on you. I've been very grateful for your contribution to the delivery team and just all the behaviors that you modeled. The way that you kind of, you know, at no point did anything other than, "Yep! Like, let me just jump in and, you know, try to solve this." The way that you contributed beyond that, you know, recruiting comes to mind. in terms of just like one small example of just how valuable your thoughtfulness and input was to be on the reporting team specifically. So I just feel, sort of very grateful and thankful for everything that you've done in just the past year. And I know that's a small fraction of your contribution to Possip overall. And so, you know, there's gonna be a part of you, your sort of thumb print that's gonna continue on. Even after you've moved on, I will miss you terribly, but I'm so, so, so excited for you and for your baby and for being able for you being able to spend time, you know, with your expanded family. And I just hope that we get to stay in touch, you know, either informally or who knows, you know, Possip will still be here. And maybe I'll be back someday and I'm gonna hold out that hope. But in the meantime, I hope you have a blast and I wish you all the best. Yeah.

Alyssa Collins: Hi, Amanda. I know we haven't worked that long together, but I did want to just thank you for everything for the first few weeks in my position at Possip, you have definitely been a go to person for me in terms of reporting questions and just sort of questions that I don't know the answer to. You've always been super kind and super quick at answering my questions and coming from a person who hasn't worked in this space before and coming from like a school building and is totally new to this environment. I can't thank you enough for just being open and patient and super supportive. And secondly, I just really want to wish you well as you transition into this new chapter of your life, Being a mom is the best thing in the entire world. It's so joyful and so rewarding. It's exhausting, but it's also just absolutely amazing and I'm thrilled for you that you're gonna be able um to just kind of be present and be centered and be with your kids. And I hope that your next year and years to come are filled with love and joy and a lot of grace for yourself. Just wish you the best.

Mandy Wallace: Hey, Amanda. It's been such a privilege to get to know you and- just briefly- but every day, I feel like I discover something at Possip that you have crafted or put just so much of your experience and words and thought into. From processes, to advice, articles, to all of these things, that you've clearly just loved this company so much and help it grow. So, thank you for that, thank you for that legacy that you've left for us and wishing you the absolute best, swift delivery, a speedy recovery and just lots and lots of cuddles and joy. So wishing you the best.

Jasmine Blue: Hey, Amanda, I am going to miss having you on the Possip team. It's been so fun working with you the past three years. You're such a consistent, reliable, friendly, helpful teammate and have been such a blessing to the Possip team, not only professionally, but personally. I enjoyed our conversations about Survivor via Slack and always getting to sit in on interviews with you and hearing you talk about Possip and your role. You're so thoughtful in the way that you lead the reporting team, and interact with our team in general, and your presence will definitely be missed. I hope I can meet you in person one day and actually hug you in person even though we've never met in person, I feel a strong, great connection with you. And again, we'll miss having you on the team. Please stay in touch, find me on Instagram and wishing you the best, so excited for you and your family with this new little one on the way. Keeping you in my prayers and thoughts. All right. Have a great delivery. Bye.

Cassidy: Hey, Amanda, I just wanted to say thank you for all that you've contributed to the Possip team over the years and you have an undeniable presence, I'm sure that you're going to be very, very missed. But we are incredibly happy for you and supportive in this new journey as you take time and spend that with your family. Wishing you the very, very best and hope you enjoy every minute of it.

Daniel Rowe: Hey, Amanda, it's been such a pleasure to work with you. Your heart and thoughtfulness for parents and teachers and students is so evident in everything that you do. I really am just wishing you the the best on this next step in your journey.

Beverly Hamm: Amanda. It's hard to decide where to start on thanking you and wishing you well. So I guess I'll start by saying thank you for creating such a welcoming and positive culture on the reporting team. I really have enjoyed my time working with you in all capacities and everything that we've done together, especially the last 6 to 9 months. It was a pleasure and a privilege to be able to cover for you last year and support the wonderful team that you have created. On a personal side, I will miss you so much. But I wish you all the best and really am excited for you to have this time with your family and the new baby and just really wish you the best in that. It truly is such a beautiful time of life and I cherish all my years that I was home with my kids. So I'm excited for you. I will miss you tons. And I'm excited to stay though in touch on social media, and keeping up with your family. Best of luck and can't wait to see pictures of the new baby girl.

Hannah: Hi, Amanda. OK. I have a favorite memory. Well, not a favorite memory, but I have the most memorable memory. And that was in her like first week or so of starting at Possip. And we had that retreat in Nashville and one of the parts of that was that Shani had us reviewing reports and I remember sitting there, like, I had barely even finished one, and I remember you saying like, "I'm done with all seven" or something like an excessive number higher than mine. And it was in that moment that I realized how smart you are, and how you are light years ahead of me in most things. But you brought so much wisdom to this team like from day one. And that's always like, so impressed me. But yeah, you're so humble and I think you're gonna just be incredible wherever you go, because you carry with you such a kindness even though you are brilliant. And so you're just, you're gonna be missed, I'm gonna miss you. Good luck!
