I was actually one of the first remote MDS coordinators for Polaris. I worked for Covenant Living, Covenant is one of our large corporate clients and during the pandemic, they had a need for MDS coordinators. So we filled in as remote MDS coordinators during that time. During the last three years, we've learned so much more than when we initially started this program. We've really refined what we do and how we do it. Remote MDS completion is doable, it's achievable, and it's here to stay.
