What will you be discussing at the Customer Marketing Summit?
Taylor Page: I'm so excited to be part of the upcoming Customer Marketing Summit, where I'll be talking about how customer marketing functions and customer success teams can work together in deep partnership to drive positive customer experiences and create some customer magic.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Taylor Page: I hope that folks who attend my session come away with ideas and best practices for them to take back to their organizations and really examine how the one too many communications that customer marketing teams excel in, and the 1 to 1 relationships that customer success teams build can work in conjunction to drive success and positive outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
Why do you think it is important to shine the light on customer marketing?
Taylor Page: While I might be a little biased, I think customer marketing is one of the most crucial functions in a marketing organization. Um, we all know that retaining your existing customer base and and empowering them, engaging them to come deeper into your product, into your brand, um, and really become your advocates is crucial to grow your business and hit those revenue goals going forward. Um, so I think, you know, not only is customer marketing important and important to shine a light on its crucial, it is an absolutely critical part of a functioning and successful marketing organization.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the Customer Marketing Summit?
Taylor Page: Some of the other sessions that I'm looking forward to watching as part of the Customer Marketing Summit are Katie Smeal with DocuSign, who will be talking about why it's important for all customer marketers to aim to build a customer advocacy community. I'm also really excited to hear from Stephanie Menz from Toast about a/b testing and defining high intent customers, um, to accelerate uh, pipeline growth. That's something that I think is really exciting for customer marketing to really get into. Um, and of course, I'm always excited to hear from Gal Biran with Crowdvocate. Um, I think he always has his finger on the pulse of, of what's going on in customer marketing and customer advocacy. So really excited about the summit.
