Robyn Arnold: Hi, I'm Robyn Arnold, a director of Kreate Wealth, a financial planning practice on the Gold Coast. The reason um I was looking for new software was because the one I was currently using wasn't adequate. It was clunky and it couldn't do everything in the one spot, unlike Plutosoft.

What results have you seen since switching?

Robyn Arnold: I think the 3 main areas I've noticed is at a practice level we're more efficient because everything is in one spot. When people ask me about my tech stack, I'm like, tech stack, what tech stack? Um, at a client level, I, I'm more engaging with the clients, so when I meet with them, I'm, I log in to the fact find. I go left to right and I complete all the information directly into the fact find, so there's no more written documents, no more paperwork, no more someone copying and pasting from a fact find, it's literally straight into the document. The clients love the portal, um, it's something they can access 24/7. And they love how secure it is, so that's another win-win, um, and at a director level, look, it, it is saving us money, I wouldn't say that the monthly fees are much less than the other providers, however, it's the time and efficiency of everything being in the one place, of having all the simplicity and the practicality of the software is saving me so much time and everyone knows time is money.

How does Plutosoft compare to your previous advice technology?

Robyn Arnold: Don't even get me started on this question, I could be here all day. But essentially, let's go through 5 main things. One is, yes, it is cheaper, the only reason I'm spending more is because I've added on so many things, which it would have cost me more to do that outside of the previous software, way more. 2 is it's more efficient, it's not clunky, um, that's probably 3, it's not clunky, um, as in you can find things quite easily. Um, 4, I would literally, I would never be able to do a fact find in front of the client, ever, because it would take me 5 minutes to go from one thing to another. In Plutosoft, it's all there, it's quick. If you don't know something you can just write it down and, and put it in later, but honestly, it's such a follow the bouncing ball system. Um, 5, the integration, the, The actual proactiveness of the integration is amazing, so I'm constantly getting, oh look what we're doing now and look what we're doing now. So I feel like it's always moving and technology and having, being able to rely on a software provider that's always moving and always thinking ahead. And has always got the financial planning uh practice and advisor in mind, is fantastic. It, it can't be beaten in my opinion, that's the truth. And I'm not getting paid for this by the way.

How satisfied are you with the software since switching?

Robyn Arnold: 100% satisfied, what can I say? Look, sometimes there's glitches when um in certain areas when they're doing new upgrades or something like that, but it's always fixed promptly. And yeah, you, it's great customer service. I honestly cannot fault Plutosoft.

Would you recommend Plutosoft to other practices?

Robyn Arnold: Hell yes, I've probably done it a 1000 times already. I do it all the time and I rave so much about it that I literally say to them, I am not getting paid to recommend you, by the way. Because I swear they probably think I am, but I'm not. Thanks, Plutosoft.
