Robert T Pizzano Jr: I value the best way to stay ahead of this is to be ready for the flood of work when it comes. And and that's exactly what we're doing. We're spending a lot of time on preconstruction. We're doing an awful lot of budgeting for conversions for building upgrades. There's a, there's a lot of stuff that's in that pipeline that I believe is going to happen and it's it's going be starting in the, in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2024. So what's the best way you can be ready for it? You be that guy that's out there and you, you, you do the best you can with budget numbers, you try to keep your trade partners happy by giving them spreading the wealth of the work that you have and also doing your best to make sure that they get paid on time because money is a, is a tight commodity right now because of the way that the market is tightened up. So I do think that there's things that you can do while you're waiting for this flurry of activity to start, we see it, we know it's going to happen. I would be very worried if I didn't see it, but I do see it and I think the best way that you can, that you can prepare for it is to get your house in order, get all your systems in place. Make sure that everybody's working from the same sheet of music and make sure that everybody understands, use this time that you have right now where you're not quite as busy to make it, get yourself organized. So that when you do get busy, it's going to be a whole lot better for everybody at that point.
