What projects are you currently working on that excites you and why?
Bob Pizzano Jr.: One project that I'm particularly proud of is the Compagna Center on South Washington Street in Old Town, Alexandria that we're doing with Orr Partners and Winstanley Architects a really neat project, 140 year old building that we, we basically have stabilized the building, put all new infrastructure in for it, stripped it down to the the bare bones, fixed all those bones and then did a fair amount of structural work uh by raising the uh raising the floor to create a first floor that was fully accessible to the outside to ADA so that they can bring their partners in and their students in to do training and to do other things. And then you know, all new infrastructure, new elevator, new stairs, great outdoor amenity space. It's just been a labor of love. That's just turned out so well. They're, they're getting ready to move in right now and I'm very proud of that one. We're doing an exotic car showroom in Northern Virginia. That is pretty exciting one that we're putting mechanical systems and other systems in to make sure that the air is pristine and pure and kept at the correct temperature and correct humidity for some very special cars. We're doing the retail spaces down at Nats Park that are going to be exciting things that are going to be coming on that line towards the second half of the season. Golf simulators and things like that. That will be fun things to do when you go to Nats Park and we're doing a very large building reposition with J Street and with Gensler architects, that's going to be for a very large GSA tenant. So we're we're, we're kind of in the throes of that. So we do have some very exciting projects going on right now and we've got some exciting things coming up. I do think that it's going to be a very good year.
