What are some predictions you have for the construction industry this year?
Robert T Pizzano Jr: I think that the first half of 2024 is going to be challenging for the commercial real estate market. There is a lot of opportunities that I think that we're going to be looking at. I do think that second half, second half of the year, 3rd and 4th quarter, could be very lucrative and could be very busy. But I think that, we've got six months of challenges ahead of us and some of that could bleed over to the following quarter. But I do think that, that the fact that there's a lot of commercial real estate that's going to be changing hands, that there's going to be new owners that are going to have the opportunity to put money into buildings because of the price point that they're buying them at it will lead to conversions, it'll lead to upgrades and I think it's going to lead to a more robust market in the DC area.
