Can you introduce yourself and briefly describe your role / business?

Tom Garrett: My name is Tom. I am the creative supervisor at MGA Advertising. My role is mainly on the creative side, but I've been spending more and more time with digital media because we're getting feedback on what creative is working and not working, and it's so important to have access to that information to help the creative side of things. And so that's how I got in touch with Nick and Pixelocity is to help bring the creative team closer to the digital media strategy and the feedback from the digital media advertising.

What digital marketing challenges were you facing before working with Pixelocity?

Tom Garrett: Before working with Pixelocity, our digital marketing challenges were significant. I think the biggest thing is I didn't know enough about digital marketing to understand if we were if we had a good and effective program or not. And so Nick has been so great at educating me on how it works and how the system works and how the strategies are laid out, and then, and then executing them for us. So things are better because I know they're better and those insights and him taking the time to educate me on it has really made a big difference.

How has working with Pixelocity helped you and your business?

Tom Garrett: Yeah, the best thing about working with Nick is just the time he's taken to educate me on how digital marketing works on well Google Adwords - that's YouTube and Search, DemandGen, Performance Max. So that I could then explain to him what our needs are and I understand the system better and we start connecting the dots. He's driving the boat on strategy and execution, but I'm able to to bring him up to speed on exactly what we need, what we don't need, and I think together that's been, it's been really great.

Would you recommend Nick and Pixelocity to others, and if so, why?

Tom Garrett: Yes, I would recommend Nick in Pixelocity because Nick, obviously knows what he's doing. And a lot of people say they're digital media buyers and strategists and planners, but they're just not as knowledgeable as Nick is. And so he's, he's good at what he does. The other thing is he's really good at explaining what he does and kind of he's holding my hand and educating me. And so, That's another thing I, I really, really never got from from media buyers and so that combination is why I think Nick is great.
