Can you introduce yourself and briefly describe your role / business?
Seth Anderson: My name is Seth Anderson. I'm the owner of Bluewater Pool Care. We service pools all over the DFW area, doing repairs, weekly service, and some retiling work.
What digital marketing challenges were you facing before working with Pixelocity?
Seth Anderson: I was facing a lot of challenges with just throwing money at ads and not knowing what's working and what's not. Nick helped me a lot with helping set up conversion tracking to know which keywords are working better to get me leads and pushing more of those; really just helping me get better bang for my buck on Google Ads. So it definitely paid off immensely to pay Nick a little bit of money to help me run the ads, but then you save more money than that by not wasting as much money in ad spend. So it's definitely worth it to work with Nick.
How has working with Pixelocity helped you and your business?
Seth Anderson: After working with Nick, I had a massive increase in leads and sales. Those leads were a lot higher quality than just the standard leads that you get with Yelp or Angie. I definitely recommend doing Google ads with the contingent that you're working with Nick or some type of agency to help you run them correctly if you're not already educated on how to do that properly, cause it really can turn into a money pit if you're not running efficient ads. So I definitely think Nick can help out with that.
Would you recommend Nick and Pixelocity to others, and if so, why?
Seth Anderson: I would absolutely recommend Nick over other marketing agencies or Google Ads experts just cause Nick has been in the field for a while. He knows what he's doing. He knows what he's talking about, super communicative. I can always text him if I have a question, he'll get back to me super fast. He's always happy to hop on a quick meeting with me and just update me on what's going on. Also he is not being super nitpicky about extra charges for his time or anything like that. He really just takes pride in his work and wants to make sure that the ads are going well. So you can trust your business in the hands of Nick, and trust your marketing in the hands of Nick as well. It really has been a great experience.
