Can you introduce yourself and briefly describe your role / business?
Natalie Cookson: Hi, my name is Natalie Cookson. I am the CEO of a biotechnology small business based in San Diego, California, and we have interacted with Nick many times over the past several years to help us with our website, improving it, and directing more traffic to it using Google Ads. He has helped us a lot reach out to new customers and get more business to our website.
What digital marketing challenges were you facing before working with Pixelocity?
Natalie Cookson: Before working with Nick at Pixelocity, we had a number of challenges just based on not having much experience developing websites and developing advertisements to get people to our website. So, he was really able to help kind of revamp our website as well as explain to us how to lay things out better to make things clearer for our customers to understand, as well as to improve our Google ads to get more people to come to our website.
How has working with Pixelocity helped you and your business?
Natalie Cookson: Working with Pixelocity has been really helpful for us because we really didn't have a good understanding of what people are looking for when they, first of all, when they search for things - just looking on Google and how to find things, what they're looking for, what sorts of ads they respond to, and then what sort of content you really want to have available when you actually get the clicks you're looking for. All of that information has really helped us strategize and derive more business from our Google ads and our website.
Would you recommend Nick and Pixelocity to others, and if so, why?
Natalie Cookson: I would absolutely recommend Nick and Pixelocity to others. I think his help has just been invaluable. There's expertise that is difficult for a small business owner to have when they're busy with their other tasks, and everything was always explained to us very patiently and questions were always answered very quickly. He was always available to help and kind of tweak things even after initially helping us set things up. It's been a wonderful experience all around and has definitely helped us generate business.
