Katherine Polsinelli: Hey Charles Happy Wednesday. I just wanted to let you know that one. I am super happy with Pinnacle already. This has been phenomenal. I actually had to reach out to your chat support the other day. It was so fucking nice to be able to get an answer like super quick. My admin is super happy with it. I know that you just spoke with Ali. So Mara and I are going to have a little bit more of a conversation, hopefully in the next few days, as I really think that this is going to be exactly what she needing for her business to start solidifying some things and simplifying some of our processes down on that end. But I specifically wanted to reach out to you because I've met with this gentleman named Jerome and I met with him the first time for all the set up and everything. But then I just got off the call with him today for my first tech call. He is phenomenal, by the way, he's just, he's super great. He's wonderful at explaining. He skipped around because I told him I know a lot of this stuff. These are some of the things I want to focus on and he did exactly what I needed him to do. So I can understand a little bit more on how the opportunities and automations work together, especially for my podcast. So it was kind of, it was really cool. So he kind of brainstormed with me a little bit on what that workflow automation would kind of look like. So I can stop sending out so many manual emails or pre scheduling. That's what we were doing is pre scheduling. A lot of emails because I have to have drive links, put in it and links for the podcast itself so that they get things that are specific to them. And he actually helped me build one and I told him, I said, I'm just going to steal you from Charles for a couple of hours to help me build out my automations. No, I just wanted to let you know that I've been super impressed with the people that I've met so far and Jerone has been phenomenal in helping me on getting some of this set up. So I'm super excited to see how much time I'm actually going to save my admin for some of the things that she's doing on my Trello boards and stuff now so that she can start doing other things for me. I'm sure she's going to be so happy. No, she's actually super excited about the system and has already been in it and loving it as well. Just wanted to thank you so much for working with me for answering all my questions because this is phenomenal like it's gonna help so much moving forward. So, thank you.
